1. Booking of Ski & Snowboard Lessons

For the sake of readability, the masculine form is used below; the feminine form is of course included.

GROUP SKI & SNOWBOARD COURSES
Group instruction takes places from Monday, 20 December 2021 to Monday 1 April 2022. Courses start on Mondays and continue to Friday. You can book 5 days or 1 day. There is no group instruction on Saturdays & Sundays. Minimum number of participants (adults: 5 persons and children: 5 persons): If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Swiss Bellwald Ski and Snowboard School reserves the right to combine or cancel the course. Please book your course in time, ideally using our online form. Your reservation for group courses is confirmed by purchasing the ski school ticket.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lessons can be cancelled in whole or in part in exceptional snow or weather conditions. Basically, our teachers teach in any weather; Booked lessons can only be cancelled if the mountain lifts are closed for more than 2 days. The ski school tickets are non-transferable. Reimbursement is only possible in case of accident or illness (exclusively upon presentation of a certificate from a doctor from the Goms region).

2. General Terms and Conditions for Online Distribution of Ski and Snowboard Courses

GENERAL IFNORMATION

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between the Bellwald Swiss Ski & Snowboard School and its customers. The object of the company is the operation of a snow sports school. This includes, in particular, services such as giving lessons in the skills and knowledge of skiing and snowboarding, without guaranteeing a specific training success, as well as guiding and accompanying skiing.

CONTRACT COLLECTIVE COURSES
The association of the Bellwald Swiss Ski and Snowboard School undertakes to comply with the offer that has been sold. The buyer must redeem the purchased offer at the time and date. There is no possibility to change the dates. If you cancel the purchased offer in writing within 10 days of booking, we will refund the purchase amount after deducting a processing fee of 10%.

PRICES
The quoted prices are in Swiss Francs, Our services are not subject to VAT.

LIABILITY
The association of the Bellwald Swiss Ski and Snwoboard School is neither liable for accidents during lessons nor for their consequences. Insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.

PAYMENT

Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support(at)payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Bellwald is agreed as the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract.

CHOICE OF LAW
Swiss civil law applies. The association of the Swiss Bellwald Ski and Snowboard School, Bellwalderstrasse 446, 3997 Bellwald

Terms Bikeschool Bellwald

General Information

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between the Bellwald Bike School and its customers. The purpose of the company is the operation of a bike school. This includes in particular services such as giving lessons in the skills and knowledge of the sport of biking, without guarantee of a specific training success, as well as guiding and accompanying biking tours.

Promised Service

The payment of the service offer establishes the contractual relationship. Both, the services paid on site and the online reservations count as confirmed bookings. The Bellwald Bike School  commits itself to comply with the sold offer in consideration of the points listed below.

The Bellwald Bike School only guarantees the service if the payment in this regard has been made. Cash payment to the guide is offered for short-term bookings that have not been made online. The respective cash payment has to be made before the service is provided.

Bike School Tickets

Tickets for lessons are personal and non-transferrable.

Reimbursement

Reimbursements will only be made in the event of an accident or illness upon presentation of a local doctor's certificate. In principle, the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction will be used for the repayment of cancelled bookings or it will be conducted by bank transfer.

Prices

The prices listed are in Swiss Francs. If Euros are used for paying, the conversion rate of 1:1 is used. Prices are exclusive of V.A.T.

The published services and prices are not binding for the Bellwald Bike School. We expressly reserve the right to change prices and programmes. All information is subject to availability.


Cancellation

A booking has to be cancelled by e-mail (bikeschule(at)bellwald.ch or phone (079 801 99 51) 48 hours in advanced at the latest. Otherwise the full amount as booked will be charged.

Camps and packages can be cancelled free of charge up to eight days before the start of the course.

If a cancellation is made later, the full amount will have to be paid.

The Bellwald Bike School reserves the right to replace a not paid booking by a paid booking.

Cancellation by the Bellwald Bike School

The Bellwald Bike School has the option of not carrying out offers in case there are not enough participants. In such cases, the participants will be refunded the full amount. Further claims against the Bellwald Bike School will be rejected.

In principle, the guides teach in any weather. The Bellwald Bike School reserves the right to change, stop or cancel the programme or individual services after conclusion of the contract and also during the activity, if natural and / or weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, official and / or safety measures or other risks ) require this. There will be no reimbursement if lessons are cancelled for the reasons mentioned above.

Liability

The Bellwald Bike School is not liable for accidents that occur before, during and after the lessons. Taking out accident or liability insurance is up to the participants..

The Bellwald Bike School is not liable in the event of default, force majeure or an event which cannot be foreseen or averted, despite all due diligence.


Increased Accident Risk

Mountain biking is always associated with an increased risk of accidents (falls, collisions with motorized traffic, falling rocks in the mountains, etc.). A considerable degree of personal responsibility and caution is therefore required from all participants. Wearing a certified bike helmet is mandatory on all bike tours. The wearing of appropriate bike clothing including bike gloves and glasses is strongly recommended. Participation in the offers of the Bellwald Bike School is always at one’s own risk and responsibility.

Data Privacy

The Bellwald Bike School reserves the right to use any image material for marketing purposes.  Participants can revoke the permission of the use and handing on of the data anytime by sending a corresponding  message  to bikeschule@bellwald.ch.

The data necessary for business transactions are treated confidentially.

Changes to these General Terms and Conditions

The Bikeschule Bellwald reserves the right to adapt these General Terms and Conditions over time. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions is always published on the website.

Content of the Online Offer

The Bellwald Bike School (hereinafter referred to as the “author”) does not accept any liability

for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded, unless the author can be shown to have acted wilfully or grossly negligent.

All offers are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, add to, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer or to temporarily or permanently cease publication without prior notice.

The place of performance is the central location of the Bellwald Bike School. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Brig. The contract language is German.
